2. Digital Product Delivery

All TrueGrad products are primarily delivered digitally.

After successful payment, you may receive access or a download link through the website, email or another delivery method specified at checkout.

Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and maintain access to it.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All product prices are displayed on the website before checkout.

We do not directly handle or store your complete card credentials, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, internet banking password or OTP.

A successful payment does not necessarily mean that an order has been completed if the payment gateway or our system identifies a technical or transaction-related issue. In such cases, we will review the transaction and take appropriate action.

5. Orders and Access

A digital product is considered purchased once:

The payment has been successfully confirmed; and

You may not, without our written permission:

Share download links publicly
Distribute copies through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or other groups
Reproduce or commercially exploit the material
Claim the material as your own
