At TrueGrad, operated and managed by Detailed Thought Studio, we sell primarily digital educational products such as ebooks, guides, digital resources and online learning materials.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are considered final once payment has been successfully completed and access to the purchased product has been provided or made available.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the purchased product.
Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to review the product description, available previews, format and other relevant information carefully.
2. Duplicate Transactions
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same product due to a technical or payment-processing error, please contact us at:
Please include your order details and transaction information so that we can investigate the issue. If we found any technical issues from our end, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method and the amount will credited to you within 7-10 working days.
3. Product Access or Delivery Issues
If you have successfully completed a purchase but:
- Did not receive the download/access email;
- Received an incorrect download link; or
- Are unable to access the purchased product because of a technical issue,

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or access issues.
4. Incorrect Product Purchased
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product before completing their purchase.
Purchases made for the wrong product, incorrect selection or change of preference are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant offer, promotional discounts, bundles and special offers are also subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
